Satisfaction:

At Storybookart, we want you to LOVE your artwork. It is a treasure that you should
enjoy for years. If you are not thrilled with your purchase, please return the picture
within 5 days. As long as you return the picture in its original condition, you will
receive a full refund. After 5 days, all sales become final.

Availability and Pricing:

The art offered for sale on this site is unique (remember there is only one page 7
from a book). Occasionally, we can work with the artist to get another page - if you
see something you like, or if you know of other books by our artists - just ask for it.
We will try to accommodate you.

Keep in mind, that since each picture is unique, you need to check with us for
availability and to confirm pricing. Despite every effort, we cannot be liable for
typos or omissions on the web site.

All prices are subject to change.

Framing:

Most of our art is matted and unframed, although a few of the artists are offering
their artwork framed. We will be happy to work with you if you want us to frame your
picture. We work with a terrific framer to ensure the highest quality framing. If we do
frame the art for you, it is a final sale, and you will be charged for the framing.

Payment:

We accept a check, money order or major credit card. Massachusetts residents are
subject to 5% sales tax.

Shipping:

Artwork is shipped after receipt of payment . Artwork is usually matted and shrink-wrapped.
We ship via 2 Day Federal Express. The cost is usually between $15.00-20.00.
All shipping costs are subject to change and will be paid by customer.

Copyright Reminder:

The copyright remains with the artist. We are not selling and you are not buying
any rights to use the art. Illustrations may not be used for any purpose without
written permission from the artist.
